Detective Corporal
Introducing a new unofficial rank, Detective Corporal (got this idea from the iOldCP server so thanks to the amazing team there) As far as the ranking system goes, Detective Corporal is below Sergeant and Inspector.
What are the responsibilities of the Detective Corporal?
- play a crucial role in the managing the detective assistants
- report frequently to the Sergeant and Inspector about the behavior of their fellow Detectives
- report in #news and #summaries frequently
- recommend possible users for the rank of Detective

Activity:

You are responsible to complete the minimum of 8 hours per month. The Det. Inspector and Sergeant will not hound you to come on for your activity. However, if you fail to complete your hours, you will not get paid for the month and you will receive a strike.

Strike System:
The strike system is a system implemented to benefit the team and to make sure no one falls behind. You may get a strike by acting out, not doing your assigned summaries, or by your inactivity without notifying the Det. Sergeant or Inspector. Your limit of strikes in each category is three. If your strikes add up, for example, as:
1 strike in behavioural, 1 strike for not completing a summary after a certain period of time, after the Det. Sergeant or Inspector remind you, etc.
Then you will be notified and may face possible demotion.

Behavioural Strike System:
Strike 1 – First warning, verbal
Strike 2 – Second warning, you will be confronted again verbally.
Strike 3 – Last warning, you will be put on notice; the Det Sgt. and Inspector will discuss your possible demotion. You may explain and defend yourself to your superiors, but ultimately the Det Sgt. and Inspector will determine if you are to keep your rank or not.

Activity Striking System:
If you do not complete your 15 hours a month during the span of three months in a row, you will be put on notice and you will possibly face demotion.

Detective Starter Kit
You will receive the following things upon earring the rank of Detective

/xprop coarmor - gives you the ability to wear the Crime Office Armor which adds 300 health units
LATEXSNIPER - given to us as a gift by Former Detective Sergeant Rouge
Access to /jr crimeofficebase + all the commands listed above
