I would like to apply for the newest rank: Penguin Watch. Well, here's my application.

Experience: Been an Admin, moderator, detective, trusted user. Been on cppses ever since 2012.
Why? Well, I would like to be apart of the PW because I have nothing else to do, and having this job will make me busy; which is something I want to be. Being apart of this is an honor, so I would love to join. If I join, I will NEVER reveal my identity to any soul, except when I have your permission.
