 Use lightshot at prntscr.com virus-free. Then later. You press 'Upload' and copy the link in between .

This is help and support. I am helping people with getting pictures.
 But that's not really helping someone. You do banners in the 'Cool Stuff' category, but what about pictures?

or you can just use the prtscr button on keyboard, put it on paint, save it, put the file on photobucket, tinypic, ETC. And then you upload, copy, and paste in the middle of .

Simple, it takes like 2 minutes at the most, if you know how to do it. :)
