This month's Player of the Month Competition was quite interesting. The month started off with Rainberry holding a solid lead over everyone else who was competing. She kept this lead for over half of the month until she died to Pythfurias while helping defend Das from the evil forces of Pythas. By this point, Lush had been narrowing Rainberry's time gap of over a day and this turn of events gave Lush the opportunity to overtake her. After Lush overtook Rainberry in time for the month, she did not let go and ended up coming out on top.



Flame was seen to be claiming that the draconians decided to attack the South because Das, which is currently under Draconian rule, had been threatened. Although, considering this week's events, quite the contrary statement might be closer to the truth. Throughout this week, the South has been bombarded with Orcs, which are directly under Pythas's command. The Orcs have been trying to take over the South. Some Orcs have been saying "The South is Ours." Each time the Orcs have attacked, the Imperial Knights have been able to beat them back, especially with the help of Fable and Rainberry. If Pythas were to take the South, the South would likely be handed to another Draconian to rule, just like Das was.


Before today's attacks, it was questionable as to whether or not the South was actually going to declare war on Das. But now, it is certain as the Draconians have clearly made a breech of their contract, which was simply not to attack the South or any of the Empire's colonies. The war has been declared by both Damen and DRAKE military. Draconains are also AOS (arrest on sight) due to today's attacks.

After war was declared, Pythbosses and other forces of Pythas were dispatched to help fight. They attacked in the South and also on Das. The Orcs were once again beaten back by the Southern Army. Today proved to be a very deadly day. Many Draconians and Orcs were slayed as well as many knights and innocents. Murata (aka Bashy/MUT1L4T0R) died on his first day as Top Dogg. Many people were also spawn killed by Devil using his flintlock to shoot people so that they would not be able to leave spawn to attack.

Until this war is over, everyone should be cautious about going AFK in public and be aware of their surroundings.
Due to the attacks at the Player of the Month Ceremony, the Chance Card Lottery was not held on OldCp. Damen announced the results on his forums discussion.
