There is no need for this anymore. A few people like randy checked cinema too & saw that Fable was out of spawn. War is still gonna continue & I'm unbanned. Hopefully no mistakes are made like this in the near future

With Force Push/Choke if someone rejoins while you're pushing them, you'll still be holding them when they rejoin as long as their penguin stays within the room. Therefore he didn't force choke him out of spawn and any and all past times that he may have done it have been invalid as well. Its just a malfunction of an incomplete weapon.
