Its been prolly a few months since I last made a development update on War of Drakes Reboot.

whats changed so far? nothing much. but what I can say is that its whole vibe is a lot different. I've focused hard on making sure the story sticks to the lore I've created. The first installment of War of drakes went by my imagination, everything you saw was things that just went through my head, damen faling off a building to the fray how to save a life, was an idea i made just from my head.

Season 1 release date
I've been working hard on the story, the animation was never meant to love amazing, in fact, I'm usually lazy to make it look amazing, it needs to keep its same "comedy" humor to it, so i tend to make the animation stiff and sloppy.

Now Season 1 is expected to release some around April or mid 2021.

Why so far away?

I'm in my last year of highschool, I Covid made me lose a lot of education and i need to catch up as my grades are... not up to par. I've been tryna get my neck down with school work. Plus, I have an outside life, I have friends Irl that wanna meet me 24/7 and I wanna socialise and not sit on my ass animating a series based off of events from club penguin.

Plus, Animation is HARD. 5 minutes of animation can take hours depending on its contents. SFM is an annoying program but the easiest. and more easy on my processor and gpu. if war of drakes was made on blender, my pc would prolly blow up.

This new war of drakes features longer scenes than i use to.

Also, the script for the series isn't even completed, im still working on episode 2's script. (featuring Wilf, Alatar, Little, Possibly Fable)
