I am putting a vast amount of effort into proving to Damen that I can gain his trust on achieving in-game moderator. I have had a lot of down points that have made others not respect my behavior. I then get back up again into succeeding the in-game moderator position. I still have a lot of work to do into getting this spot. I need a satisfactory effort and conduct to do that. Cyberwolf's advice shows a great effort into knowing the steps to achieving any position.
