I agree. IP Bans either happen because of a glitch or because you have done something seriously misbehaved. Moderators IPban for a reason and that is not abusing their powers because doing something reasonable. +1

Very true. Normal users shouldn't think themselves as useless! Without normal users, ranks will not be needed and OldCP will be just... rank land!
