Swfcrate.com is where you can upload one. Just save an swf to your computer and upload it. Then make a title and description and the administrators will check it. You can make one by yourself, but you have to save it as .swf.

To make a jr, go to swfcrate.com. Find an swf online, or make one yourself. Save it to a file that is in .swf. Next, click choose file, and click the one that you had saved. Make a title that you want your jr to be, and it will not be approved if someone has one named the same as yours, so pick a unique one. Then make a description, and the admins will check it.

To find an swf, look up clubpenguin swfs or club penguin parts swfs, to get you started. You can photoshop or edit it to be how you like, but it might take a while to edit. Submit the one that suits you. Have fun!

To change your profile picture, you must find valid url (you can look it up), and copy that. To copy, right click on the picture, and click copy. Next, go to your profile, left of notifications, and click edit profile near your name at the top. There it will show your profile picture and its url, so put your url there. If yours is invalid, find another and use that. Good luck!

I believe this is amazing, honestly. It will make big impacts since we will have even more trusted, older people to take charge here. We have had problems in the past with some of the staff (including moderators), and even the users since they also make a small impact. I really think it is good to be respectful to the children, because most of us are children, even counting young teenagers, and it makes me feel like I did something wrong when I am told otherwise, or if someone is being rude, etc. I believe that the administrators should move in their own ways, and have only a limited amount of time to spend with friend/amount of friends etc.

I believe that most of our current administrators are good with these requirements, but I am a bit worried for Hashir; just for the age, he is good in all other ways. Anyways, many users here would make great administrators, but I won't name them for many reasons. I know that the administrators that get demoted will take it seriously, but will not pout about it or be jealous/mad or even sad, because they are all professional. That's just one of the reasons that they were picked. This is a good choice, I think it will help the dsghq very much and make it just like the old times again. We need more parties for oldcp, like in the early versions.

Honestly, lawyers would be perfect. You could hire someone/a lawyer and they could hear what happened, see proof, etc. The lawyers would help because some people don't get chances in trials, and the lawyers wouldn't have the main decision, but have a choice in giving suggestions, although, that is why we have wise ones at the trials. Anyways, personally, I think it would be a good idea overall.

You don't need any rank on the forums to be an oldcp moderator. We are in the dsghq era, not the oldcp forums era anymore, so the forums isn't just about oldcp, and things are different. Anyways, as people said, she won the competition, and she earned it fair and square.

I'm just dying to say that I call dibs on sapphire. Even though I only saw her once, she is still my favorite because of my hair and her singing. She is basically life goals.

It's the gold I want ends once you have gotten 100 reputation points (after you started the sacrifice). There should really be something telling you how many you have left. Anyways, you will keep getting gold for rep until 100, so it may be a while.
