i havent worked out lately but i wanna get back into it. i have a home gym that costed around $5,000 to make.
i have a squat rack, bench press, pulley machine, adjustable dumbbells, and some other stuff
I used to work out about 5 days a week and i noticed a HUGE difference. I gained weight and got a lot of definition and overall i just look WAYYY better than i used to. It was nice to hear others tell me they see a lot of improvement as well.
it helps you gain a lot of confidence and just feel much better about urself so it's great
you're literally right bro, working out and watching yourself build muscle feels like such an accomplishment and helps your confidence so much.
thats why i kinda wanna start hitting the weight room but at the same time im scared im too skinny lool. its hard to gain weight due to my really fast metabolism so its a struggle lol ;-;
I use to use my fast metabolism as an excuse to being skinny. Believe it or not your metabolism isn't always a key factor.
The reason your not gaining weight from eating 'a lot' is because you're body receives a certain amount of calories a day. And to gain weight, you must do what is called a calories surplus. Which is where you eat more than your average amount of calories your body takes. But if you don't keep fit, it will turn into fat, so work your body enough till you sweat, and you will see changes.
Really appreciate it bro. I fr can’t wait for all this work to pay off man.

Low taper. Nappy ass curls that I can pull to my nose. I usually just use a curl sponge and style it that way tho. Once my hair is long enough, I’m getting twists.

my mustache is rly close to fully growing in, and the chin hairs im growing out rn.

i had the same struggle about gaining weight because ive been extremely skinny literally my entire life. Others eat a slice of pizza and gain weight but then i do that and its like i lost 3 pounds cuz i didnt eat more
my advice is to literally just eat more even though it sounds really hard but it's doable. I had to eat A LOTTT to gain weight and it took a while but i put on like 15 pounds. Protein shakes help a lot and just planning ur meals can help too

ye bro i do the meal planning + 2 protein shakes a day and its been helping but its so slow loool. i do look a lot better than 2 months ago tho so its obviously helping.

I like this subject because It makes me see how far ive gotten,
I was fat growing up, lost a lot of weight through highschool. And during my last year, i was very skinny. Then when my last year of high school ended, I started working as a scaffolders laborour, and i underestimated how much heavy lifting was involved, and it was literaly 95% of the work, for 8 hours, 7-8 days a week. and in literally weeks I put on so much muscle. I got a bigger chest, and bigger arms. I look completely different.
Are you still really skinny? If not, how'd you gain weight? Was it simply lifting or did you set a meal plan to gain pounds?
