Dear Damen,
This post made me think a lot, I admit I have made huge mistakes in the past and regret them all. 2 months away from my 1 year anniversary here, and I've had so many great things happen here to me, and I regret giving them up. Sorry - Chex

You really shouldn't judge people at all!

Yes, you're correct, you can be sad about anything, but not really actually depressed about everything. For example, being depressed because someone ripped up a drawing of yours. That's not really depression.
Did you even read the post?? What if it was your prized drawing that you were going to sell or give to someone really important, or it took a long time??? You can be depressed about that.
Mhm, I read it. Again, you can be kinda sad about that, but if someone were to think that's depression that would be inaccurate. There are things that cause actual depression and just cause some disappointment. Continuously getting bullied for example can cause depression. But I don't want drama to occur.

It really depends on what they're upset about.
Not really. You can be sad about whatever you want. It doesn't matter.

I made a mood on this earlier, but you cannot judge someone's sadness level, it might seem that you have it worse, or you think they are faking, but they know their feelings better than you. If you continue to say "Don't fake" "Your not depressed" "You don't know what depression is", Its going to make them feel worse than they already do. Your always going to think you have it worse than someone else. It doesn't matter. You are allowed to be sad. You know your feelings better than anyone else. Don't let people control your emotions.
