I want to teach you how to make a good report, there are many type of reports, and no, this is not about news reports. I'll be talking about user reports.
What usually happens
A user mails a moderator or contacts a moderator on Oldcp right. (This is an example) ; They go like "Username11 is being mean and rude please do something i will quit!!" ok, you just told me that user was doing that but you are not giving me enough details. Which makes it harder for moderators to deal with.
Example of a good report ;
Make the title of the mail or discussion 'Report'
This is the report example
Hello! I'd like to report this user for [give your reasons here].
His username is [username here]
This happened [Date here]
Proof [insert pictures / proof here]
Thank you for your time, I hope you get to it as soon as possible!
- [your username here]
For rookies:
Rookies can't mail moderator or anyone. Easy! rookies have to make a discussion named 'Report' in which they should tell they want to report a user and ask a moderator reading the discussion if they could mail him/her so that he/she can explain through mail.
*Never post pictures containing inappropiate stuff or cuss words.*
Ask nicely and don't exaggerate stuff or add stuff.
Because I'm pretty sure the moderator will handle it!

Moderator is a great responsibility. It has it's bad and good things. So, if you are going for moderator think about it and the responsibility you will take since that day on to protect the users!

Thanks <3__<3 I'll consider coming back to Deviant. I'll probably come back in the Summer to deviant. First of all I left it because I thought my art wasn't good enough compared to others and I don't know I just felt out of place. Hopefully, I get to master my skills in the Summer and start posting on deviant again
but that's if I find my art is getting better, I don't seem to learn anything from youtube videos and my drawings don't come of as I thought (sometimes..) which really frustrates me and i'm here looking at other's drawings like DANGG
