The Ainur (also known as Ancients, Elder Ones) are a race of multidimensional spirits who were created to be masters over various aspects of the world.
The Ainur have immense potential for power. Some are capable of commanding the sea, the weather, gravity itself as well as creating their own forms of life. They are incredibly intelligent.

Melkor, the most powerful of their kind, rebelled against God, desiring worship for himself. He, along with several other spirits, became evil and created a rebellion against the forest. Their goal was to turn the world into a the world of dark image, wherein Melkor would be the god.
However, after many thousands of years, the rebellion ended and the rebels were abolished by the faithful Forest Lords. Túrin Turambar, a form of Accal the Mighty, was the hero who saved the forest from Melkor.
Forest Lords had dwelled in a higher dimension, one invisible to mortal kind. But these beings used to sometimes create their own bodies to be seen in the world by mortal kind.
On 2/25/2020 Came the end of Forest Lords and Forest Princes in the 2nd dimension, even the Man in Brown Robes (God aka Eru) Vanished as well, before this the lord of death Mandos was vanquished on the Island of Ach To which set off the end. In the 3rd dimension, the Ainur exist!
Powers

Unworthy of Worship
Despite their great power and high authority, none of them were worshipped. The Ainur had rejected all kinds of worship since they point all praise and honor to God, the Almighty Creator of all things. (Eru Ilúvatar.) However, Melkor thought himself worthy to be worshipped.Original Purpose
In the lore, these beings' original purpose was to govern aspects of the universe. Some were put in charge of galaxies, others in charge of star systems, others in charge of planets, and some in charge of specific planetary regards, such as peace and political matters as well as creation and craftsmanship.Famous Members

Rebellion
