Dear penguin's
I have found that rover was the leader until he lied and died
So all i saw at lodge is We have a new leader. So that mean's rover died and now a new leader!!!
Keep up the good work cop's and Detectives also Agent's of the PSA!

I know right! I saw him lying by the couch at the lodge! I as well found his grave. Black Hawks killed Rover... Weird...
