Hey guys i think i solved Rover's crime at /jr 220 and i think black hawks killed him because Rover Lied about something important! So Black Hawks killed him inside the ski lodge and it exploded because Black hawks blew him up and hanged him when he was dead so no one knew that he blew him up. i also saw Black hawks in /jr 220 but he left and everything is writen on the floor Rover Lied to black hawks and Black hawks thought he was gonna do it but the next day Rover lied and Black hawks got mad i dont know if im right but ill still keep going on and black hawks killed him for lieing to Black hawks. Black hawks was very mad at Rover and he blew the ski lodge up when rover was inside there and Black hawks went back inside and hanged him up. i found this out because Black Hawks always say to me that LETS BLOW UP THE TOWN! and i am like no. This is a lot to read but please read it. It might be the answer! Hope it is!
