Here's my theory.
The crime was spotted at two times. Not exact times, but close to. One of them happened a few minutes ago. Someone (possibly blue penguin in video) could have killed Clarkson. It could have been that the blackhawks' boss was betrayed by his own teammate or someone else. When clarkson was shot with the sniper, a big flip would happen and an explosion would too. This could mean that cylinder-like sniper could have been an advanced one then some of what we have encountered with OR a distraction. Now, here's a picture of the crime.
