same im struggling with my weight rn.
like my ass wont stop getting so phat. like it got so bad i had to go to the doctor and the first thing she said was "dam that ass is phat lets see if we can get that under control"
im tired of people staring at my phat ass.

In my experience, I started being more active, by taking walks at first. I stopped eating alot, counting your calories will be one of your best friends, for that get my fitness pal on app store, it tracks weight loss and calories. After you become less lazy (sorry), try to start running and lifting, cardio is another bff
