Only moderators and administrators can ban if they have a reason. To get higher ranks (in order except rookie and banned) such as member, news reporter, master, moderator, or administrator you have to have good rep and a lot of good posts. Here are some Important rules.

Now here are some commands I know.

Size:
Where it says [size=], put a number after the =.
You can only go up to 5.
Type text between [size=][/size]
