Hello Everyone! I will tell you healthy things for you body.
1. Go to bed at 9:00 PM If you are 10 And go to bed at 8:15 When your 8.
2. Eat healthy things. Like Broccoli, meat or Veggies.
3. Only eat sugar 1-2 times a day.
4. If you get a fever tell your parents/guardian.
5. If you are 15 You could go to bed at 10:00 PM Or 11:00 PM.
6. Exercise 1-3 times a day to keep your body up and moving.
7. Do not sneeze on other people.
8. Do not lie and say youre sick so you can stay home from school. (Example) Putting a heater to your head and saying you sick.
9. Go to school for better educations.
10. Dress up when its cold out to play in the snow!
11. Don't dress warm when its hot out.
12. Do not Crack your neck with your hand cause you could die or not be able to talk.
