Yes, but a empire without and emperor is like a school with no teacher, everyone would go mental, and there would be no rules. If there was no emperor, killing a bunch of civilians would be fine. That is why your punishment should be more severe.

What's wrong with going on forums with an alt? You don't miss any news, and you can still scroll through everything. And even though Jesse killed a bunch of civilians you killed royalty, which cannot be forgiven.

Nice post. A lot of these ideas are tricky to accomplish as it is a game as simple as Club Penguin. But I like where you are coming from. It does need something to boost the community spirit.

Why spend 4 days of time playing a stale game when you could go outside with friends and so something physical or even talk to a girl o_o
Like I said, I would still have over 600 hours when I'm not logged onto this game, but when I am logged on, I'm still talking to other people.
