CZ would be stupid if there was no one opposing the good side. Its only fair that evil gets treated the same.

Any normal user would be banned for spawn killing and invisible killing. But as it's cz it's allowed? I understand you can't ban the account but at least educate the actor that spawn killing and invisible killing is the scummiest move in the game. It's not the first time the actor has done it.
