OldCP Protection Agency requirements:
1. Activeness. This shows the owners of the Agency that you can watch out for what is happening.
2. Helpfulness. You can help new Agents. This tells the owners of the Agency you can be trustworthy.
3. Listen to the rules of OldCP and the World-Wide Projects Hideout. Additionally the OldCP Protection Agency rules. This tells us another way you can be trustworthy.
4. Sharp lookout: You must have a sharp lookout of what is going around the island. If you see bullying, report to a mod or me.
5. Be safe. You do not have to tell personal info. Sometimes bad events can occur between agents, so do not share some info about yourself that you find personal. By doing this, this would get you more into the higher ranks in the agency.
