Welcome to the United Servers of Club Penguin. We are not an army, we are an Army Rights Association. When Armies are attacked we send in our troops to defend the attacked army. In short, we are a defensive group, not and offensive group.
Land-
We own the entire land of CP, but we allow armies to take them as there own. Since we are the United Servers of Club Penguin, we will defend you and your land if you are being attacked.
Color Coding-
The USCP has color codes for each army, these codes show there threat rate to the community and what you can expect from them in the future. Here is the chart-

Sours- Chaotic Neutral
Ninjas- True Neutral
How to Find our Troops-
Our troops can be seen wearing red, white and blue clothes all over servers. We can be found on American Servers, Canadian Servers and UK Servers.

All armies, at the moment, we will be willing to help and defend if in need, but if USCP Troops are attacked you will be considered an enemy and banished from the USCPP (United Servers of Club Penguin Pact)

In short, this is not an army that will attack, we are here to defend. We will defend anyone in the pact, unless you attack our troops you are considered a threat and we will not help.
