This is quite long, don't be forced to read it!
Greetings administrators,
Just to let you know, I am applying for administrator (in forum). My username is Archie, and I'm currently moderator. I'm 13 years of age, 14 in April.
First off, why would I like this experience?
I have been to many forums in the past, but I haven't come across any like this. The kind users have encouraged me throughout my time here, and I have had masses of motivation from my kind friends. I'm working hard as a forum moderator, and I'm planning on sticking to this beloved forum for a very long time. Becoming an administrator on here would be a very good way to help out people more, or solve problems with new powers. I have realised how the administrators work well as a team, and I would like to be part of that. Forum moderator has been an amazing experience for me, and now I'm ready to move on!
Am I trusted enough?
Through what has recently passed through my Damen Spike HQ accounts, I see people have trust in me. I feel I have earned a lot of trust in a short amount of time, and I feel this because I only arrived on the forum in November. I have been a forum mod for almost two months now, and all of it has gone well. As shown by responses, people like me as a mod, and can rely on me for help.
I'm capable of showing what I can do in short time periods, hense why I became a master in a matter of two weeks. I haven't had one single demotion on any of your websites/games, which prooves I can handle the ranks I achieve. I have been an OldCP mod since day 1 of V8, and I was one of the first picked for the job; proving administrators have trust in me. Not once have I abused my powers which I've had for around two months, proving that administrator powers will remain un abused if I got this position.
Why would I like admin only in forum?
As I have already mentioned, I've been a forum mod for two months now. I feel that this is long enough to be 100% confident with my current job, and to understand the jobs of the higher rank. Two months is a decent amount of experience, plus, I've been able to get familiar with the powers, and when the best times are to use them.
If I were to become an OldCP admin, I would need a lot more experience. This is the first time I've been a mod ingame, and it's only been a week or two. I'm still slowly getting used to ingame moderation, but as I've said, I by far have not had enough experience ingame.
My grammar is at a good standard, and that's why I think I would be a better forum admin than ingame. An administrator needs good grammar to be a good rollmodel, and make a good first impression for new users. I also know the forum by the back of my hands, and I am confident that I know how it all works.
My forum history.
I think it is essential for an admin to have a decent history to the site. This can show how users have thought of you in the past, and how good you can be in the future.
On November 1st, I joined as a rookie. I made many friends quite quickly, and didn't hesitate to rely on people for help. By my second day, I had worked out how the rank system worked, and had my 50 posts. I was then considered as a member!
I kept working hard, and finding out how stuff worked until I began helping even newer people out. For about a week and a half, I was a member helping the rookies, until I was considered a master! I had shown what I can do in a matter of weeks, and I won't sink below this level.
This was where I had to step up my game to ensure I could be a good master. I made sure to follow every single rule, and to be as active as I can. All this had payed off on December 4th, where at this stage I was promoted to moderator!
To this day, I'm still a moderator. I'm going to step up my game once again, and do the best I can possibly do! I'm going to work even harder now, and even if I don't get admin, I won't give up!
What would I do as admin?
Being an administrator includes holding lots of responsibility. To be able to handle this, I would be even more active on the forum, and I will spend a lot more time helping people! I will make sure to communicate with all the administrators, and I will listen and follow any orders received. Admin is a big step up from moderator, and requires a huge amount of trust. I will put in a lot of effort so I can be as trusted as possible, leading to no worries about what could happen.
Conclusion.
To sum up my application, I will try my best as admin if you consider promoting me. My goal is to reach as high as this, and more importantly, to serve the forum well. I personally think my forum history is pretty good, but I don't want to be selfish. I know how good our current administrators are, and I'm aiming to follow in your footsteps.
I'm an approachable moderator, and people aren't nervous to ask me for help, or to report bad users to me. An admin needs to be approachable to communicate with the users well, and it is essential to have the ability to successfully do this.
I appreciate that you have taken your time to read this, I'm sorry that it's quite long. Hopefully you might consider me, but I'm not bothered if I don't get the position!
Once again, thank you -Archie

Thanks again! A lot of the information on it is Old, such as the 'Why only in forum?' paragraph. It was almost two months ago I became OldCP Moderator, and had over a months experience.
