earlier a penguin named Candence80 was cussing like crazy I kicked her then tried banning her and it didn't work? she also was not found on the mod panel? another penguin named BMPfollower could not be kicked or banned she was trying to sexualy assult someone

Maybe Damen has a solution on this.

For some odd reason, It seems banning has not been working properly this week. It is an issue in the game, I suggest talking to damen about it.

Kara had a problem like this last night. I think until it's fixed, the best thing to do is use the ignore button on their playercard to kick them until they give up (or continue kicking with the command, if it works.)
Persistence is key in this situation.

I think I may know what the issue is. The user DOES get banned, for now just ban them THEN kick them. It's basically banning as before but the ban function seems to be not working properly.

OMG THIS HAPPENED TO ME..I was trying to ban a kid named Troll.. lol but um.. I couldn't so I tried to get Chelsey to help me and we thought he was banned then he came on... so we figured out how to keep kicking him. Then he gave up and said his apology and so everything is good but.. he was going to get banned for cussing kinda behind my back about me but whatever I was on my spy account watching them then he cussed so yeah.
