Hello everyone!

TheCommander here to propose a new idea!
I've had this idea for awhile now, but haven't been able to post it.
My proposal is for a Police Force who work directly for Administrators and Moderators. It would comprise of four or five penguins who enforce rules WITH moderators. When crime scenes up rise like the Coffee Shop Incident on the 10th, and suspects are selected or a penguin is found guilty of the crime, The police would step in and arrest the penguin(s). Working alongside The PSA and Detectives. The force is also meant to be minions of the Moderators.
If anyone has any ideas or helpful hints on anything I missed, please let me know!
This idea is still early in development, so suggestions are gladly excepted!!
