Why do I think I should be a brother of Penguin Watch, you ask? I think I could be a brother of Penguin Watch because I have had experience, as I have said above. I believe I could handle the job because I know all moderator powers, I used to be a member of the OldCP Agency and I am currently a moderator and detective sergeant.
