Why I should be a Penguin Watch-I love to watch out for bad people and i love to report bad people so there are not bad people on oldcp. And, I am never in-active on OldCp so I could find a lot of bad people on oldcp.
Experience-I was an administrator on Fice Cpps, and a moderator on islands old cpps, and i will be a moderator on asq5 Cpps. So I have a lot of experience to be a penguin watch.
