I wanted to IPban a user for using three accounts and bullying with them, on top of that saying religious things to offend others. I tried to ipban him, and 5 seconds later he come on with the same account. Can you fix this? Thanks!

Can you use PM's? The only person who can sort out Mod Command issues is Damen. So PM Him?

Do you know how many messages Damen receives in a day? Let's get back on topic, okay?

The user could possibly be using a proxy service or third party program to hide his/her real IP. You can login to the panel to IP-ban the user if the OldCP command isn't working, all you need to do is look up the corresponding username of the user whom is breaking the rules and click ban. I believe that IP-bans as well, but I am not very sure. It is possible that the command could only be banning the account and not the IP, or the command is not working at all.

If you ban via MP its a ban, not ipban.

Although, when you go to a IP-banned user on the panel it will say "un-ban" even though the user is IP-banned only. It reversed the IP-ban on a user when I clicked "un-ban" once. I know when you IP-ban someone it automatically bans the account you used to ban the IP.

Yeah, though I guess since ipban was made after, Damen didn't use a separate command on MP to reverse it, and he just went with ban.
