That's weird, I tested and it didn't happen for me. You probably just need to reload the page.

I am not sure, but if you never written anything in the box there will be nothing there. -Luke

This has happened to me as well, I just ignored it and rewrote everything.

I usually do this, but it is much harder whenever you have a video or use tons of colors and bold and sizes, for you have to redo those again too. I would just like a solution to a problem that happens to a few people, I hypothesize, for I am desperate for a time-saver.

Yes, I am going to start again with my channel. It will be using a lot of BB coding and it will have a lot of videos, so it will be hard to rewrite it. Unless I use notepad to store all of my contents. Try to use notepad or TextEdit which ever document program you have, just save it in there to keep your work.
