Hm, then all I ask is why did rover and syrio go on at the same time instead of only using one account? That is my only question and sadly I can't answer it.

Syrio was Scarlet's backup account, but Clegane account got shot, Minty said he deleted Syrio account. Then Syrio/Scarlet logged into Rover account.
