I really thought you guys would be helpful, but my reaction was this:

I went on an account 'BBQSauce,' undercover and wanted to test your guys treatment to new users. Here's your score and the reasons why you got this score.

Result: 10% Very bad

Why?

I'll tell you exactly why. I asked users how to get clothes and ONLY two users decided to help me, and they weren't one of those trusted users, they were relatively new users. If new users could do it, why couldn't you? Even the mods yes the mods*, did horribly and I'm going to give name(s) if I have to. I also asked one of our trusted user Dice, how I put hair under my hat, and his reply was nothing, even though he was active and I saw him speak few seconds ago. I thought you guys were helpful. For shame, for shame.

I don't really care if I get dislikes, it's in the feedback category, and it is my feedback.

If i was online i would have helped! I love to help even if when i try tto explain the process that they ask for they just ignore me, the spanish and english users but this is a helpful post! +1

I was not online.And you're wrong.I have seen many trusted users helping around the island.It's rare to see someone asking a question and not having someone to answer it because most of the time,I see many users helping.This doesn't proof we aren't helpful,this just proves that we were offline at that that or Afk.Anyways,you do have a point.We need to pay more attention of what's happening around us.

I would of helped you, sorry. Sometimes I do this as well and no one helps they are just messing around or the mods are talking to someone else. Like when I got hacked. Really no one cared. I asked a mod and they completely ignored me, until another mod was extremely nice and helped me out.

But yeah, mods need to pay attention to everyone.

You guys all say you would help him. Me, honestly, I probably wouldn't have. Why? Usually when I go on oldcp, I don't play JUST oldcp. I multitask, like check tumblr and whatnot and do stuff like that and check back on my browser here and then. And anyways, only 2 people helped, but do you expect everyone helping when someone already has it covered? It's kinda pointless to help out and swarm a user when their issues are already being dealt with. I don't see whats the issue here. People helped, and thats probably why no one else helped.
