I have an idea to punish members who use foul language: muting. Muting will not allow the player to output any chat messages. This is a good way to punish members for cussing without entirely removing them from oldcp. I'm not 100% sure if this is able to be put into oldcp at this time, but it is an idea. Of course majority of mutes won't be permanent. Anyway, tell me what you guys think about this idea.

If you wanted to mute them, you may as well ban them.
