I don't understand how mods get demoted but they end up coming back , my opinion is they get demoted and stay demoted and give someone else a try at being a mod ! but that's just my opinion

You penguins don't know what's happening behind the scene. There is actually a valid reason when they get demoted and receive their position again. There is a lot you don't know.

 It isn't stupid. If everyone would know why the staff would be demoted a big fuss would happen. Anyways, this thread has been answered so I'll lock it.
