Don't take this the wrong way but have you noticed that nobody is being nice just to be nice anymore? It's always someone wanting a staff rank. Moderators are important of course, they keep the game safe and appropriate. But being one isn't that important. I mean, sure. Its pretty cool how you can walk on walls and stuff so I don't blame you for wanting it but why not be nice just to be nice? About every day on OldCP someone comes up to me or a friend and says "Need Help? Ask Me!" And it depresses me knowing that its all fake. So my question is...

Why not be nice, just to be nice anymore?

I don't care about wanting a rank. I have a small rank, and I need to appreciate that. I'm being nice on purpose, and I wouldn't kiss up to anyone for mod. Because, someone asked me to recommend them for knight.

I agree with you completely. I liked the old days, where the penguins that got Moderator were chilled, relaxing, and in other words, they were chosen for being themselves.

Moderator is a big responsibility, and a lot of penguins don't know what they are getting into. They just want to get noticed by Damen so they can become Moderator, and get fame. (Most of them usually) I wish times could be like what they used to be...

I'm noticed alot because of been on OldCP for a while. But I don't really want attention, I want someone else to be noticed.
