I have made a decision to form an agency called the PBI (Penguin Bureau of Investigations), kind of like the FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigations). These dedicated penguins will help with Old CP's safety. This will be a Detective Agency. So, Show me your skills at the office!

Cyber does have an agency, But that is more rule enforcing. This is more detective work. Its build off of my previous agency, Pi Inc.
