Once in the kingdom on Snaildom, there was a little snail boy in poverty. The peasants always got off the worst, for their kind weren't really welcome in the kingdom. The little snail's name was Colt, and was unusually odd. He was odd in a way where he was a special sort of odd, but that is not what makes a story.
What makes this story true to it's pages is bravery, kindness, and being plain odd that helps Colt be a forever known Snail in the Kingdom of Snails. One day, Colt was sliming his way to the back alley on Slow Street where he and his family of Snails usually slept, but there had been some Royal Snails tearing it down. Colt's family came up behind him and gasped as a snail would.
Their home was being torn down, and they could not find a way to stop royalty from having their way. The family just kept looking in awe as the rich were tearing down their only home. Colt finally spoke up and said, "Umm, Mr. Uhh, Sir; you are tearing down our home. C-could you p-please s-s-stop?" The royal snail replied, "Why, this is NO home for snails. This will be the new Royal Court, and by the way, my name is Sir Shelldon II."
Colt shrugged and slimed away, for there was nothing left to do. No, there was that odd part of him that saved the day. Anyway, Colt slimed away for there was nothing left to do, nothing out of the original. Colt slimed rainbow slime as he made his way to the Royal Kingdom, for when Colt was at his worst, he would slime out a freaky rainbow goo which stayed in it's tracks for weeks.
As Colt got to the Royal Kingdom, he stopped. He looked up, and saw, "Snaildom Royal Kingdom". He slimed in, and saw King Damen at his throne; his servants beside him. To the right of the throne, down the stairs, and into the creepy looking room was the snail dungeon, where Colt had a chance of being sent to for life if he failed to convince the king.
"Who goes there!" King Damen yelled to the back of the Kingdom. "I command you to show yourself at once, or 10 years in the dungeon!". Colt nervously replied, "Um, Damen, Sir-r, could I s-say s-something." "Well, spit it out!" King Damen replied. Colt finally calmed himself; "I would, if you will, like to say that our home is being torn down, and I would ask if you coul-" "Automatic 200 years in the dungeon!" King Damen interrupted.
As the Snail Guards were about to get Colt to the dungeon, Colt used a risky move that could also save the day. Colt Rainbow Slimed on the guards; making them turn and look at their shells. Colt slimed his was to King Damen's chair, and tipped it over. Colt then turned inside out of his shell, and nudged it at King Damen. As hard as a snail could possibly throw, Colt bumped his shell with his head. It missed King Damen by a mile, but it showed true bravery.
"I have decided to let you go, aswell as stop the construction at your home. you show true bravery, and I would like you as one of my Snail Knights." Damen proclaimed. Colt then was the hero of Snaildom, and his family was then royalty. They gave to the ones in poverty, and provided homes for many. Colt was then King when King Damen passed, and was a true Emperor.
THE END.
