This is how I would think you could earn trusted. It may be different for you guys.

I have some very simple ways to earn trust. This is my way of it.
-Be mature. People will most likely not trust you because you are probably a little stupid. Try to be more mature and responsible!
-Don't Troll. Don't just constantly go to people and make foolish jokes. Don't make up rumors either. You won't be trusted then.
-Leadership. Be a leader or a role model to others. Teach them good and not bad. This will show you are trustworthy.
-Be Trustworthy. Do not lie. No one likes liars, do they? Try to be truthful a lot. It may be hard, but try.
Those are somethings on how to be trusted. If you want me to add more, feel free to comment about it!
