Hi guys! It's Frogs. Well i see a lot of people getting annoy at moderators and adminastrators for not listening to them and not answering their question. So, I want you to know that they have a hard job and a lot of people ask them questions at one time. You can do different things to make sure they answer the question. I think these might work. I hope it makes it easier!

1. Wait until the mods and admins are done answering the other penguins questions, and THEN ask the question.

2. Ask politely if the mod will be able to answer your question. If they say not right now, then you should do step 1.

3. If they are very busy then see if someone else is available to answer. You could also ask another mod or admin if they are on.

This is true, I always have 5 people asking me questions and I always say "One at a time." But there's always one that just gets mad. This is a great post explaining how to get answers from mods.

Yeah, people are ALWAYS doing this every single day, I see it happening all the time and it is so annoying.
