Hello! Welcome to the first edition of The Damenspike Report! There will be a new report posted 3-4 times a week, depending on the news. While in the future, I'll post news as it happens, The Damenspike Report will be a recap of all of the news. Each edition will also feature interviews with users on our current issues. Let's get started with the news!
This week, we have seen the addition of 2 new moderators: Cpmaniac and Chexxie! Both are very different users who earned mod in very different ways! Cpmaniac is a very old and very trusted user, and has been mod a few times before. Chexxie is a very new user, who's only played for 3 months I believe, but won the mod comp by leading her team, the Wizards, to victory over some of the most experienced teams like the Freehawks and Nerds. From what I've seen, both have been very good moderators so far, and I wish them good luck on their current moderating journey!
For those who do not know, Forestboys are a group of penguins, known for their prophecies and their antlers. Their prophecies are usually about the next moderator or an attack by our enemies. Yesterday, there was a user named orchidmantis who said there would be a war against a new group called the Federation, and Cheep would betray us. This was proved to be a big lie as the user was revealed as Sheep, who is now banned, so DO NOT BELIEVE THIS. However, two days ago, a forest boy with the account of hhammond came on, and gave prophecies about new moderators, a war, and Scarlet's current targets. Hammond has been right before, but it's still a good idea not to trust him, so this is probably not true, though he may be correct about some of Scarlet's targets. If a forest boy approaches you, I would recommend not speaking to them, and if you do speak to them, and they tell you to do something for them to obtain a rank such as mod, do NOT do it. They will try to trick you into thinking they are there to help you, and will try to trick you into joining them, and if you don't, you will die. Some users have learned that the hard way. I'm not saying they're prophecies are always wrong, though. Some of their predictions have happened, but this is how they try to make you trust them.
Yesterday, Snowfalls was online and kidnapped our old detective Sherlock, though he was rescued and burned off. Then, both Angi and Minty had visions relating to the iceghost king Raegon and the queen Snowfalls.

1. The Blackhawks have attacked the forest and the coffee shop area of the town. Where do you think they'll strike next?

2. What's your opinion on guns in-game? Should trusted mods/detectives/pw captains be able to have them?

I don't have opinion about guns. I guess, maybe if they could have guns.

3. There has been a lot of new mods lately, such as Indigopalace, PenguinDSC, Chexxie, Cpmaniac. Have you enjoyed moderating with them?

Yes.

4. Who are some users who you think are mod-worthy?

Minty.

5. What did you think of the mod comp? What was your favorite task?

It was really cool and amazing. All of those tasks.

I know, I mean new as in recently promoted. It doesn't matter if they were mod before, I even said Cpmaniac was a mod before.
