Hello and welcome to the second edition of The Damenspike Report! I would like to start off by thanking you guys for all of the support on the first edition, with 23 likes! If you guys have any suggestions on how to make my news reports better, you can reply below or PM me! Let's get started with the news!
The main story for the last few days has been all of the promotions on both forums and oldcp! On forums, both Hashir and Rawr were made moderators. Hashir has been moderator on forums before, Rawr is a brand new moderator, but is one of the most trusted and helpful users on forums. He has been a master and news reporter as well. I think these were great choices for forum mods! There were more promotions on oldcp too, with the additions of Starwolf and Sting as moderators! Sting is a user who has been playing since 2012, and has been moderator many times before on his two accounts Sting and R2D2. Starwolf has not been moderator before, but is very experienced and one of our most trusted users, and Damen has been saying for a while she will be a mod. This brings the oldcp staff to a total 20 users (including admins) and the forums staff to a total of 12 users, also including admins. It's the most amount of staff I've ever seen for both the forums and in-game! We also have a new penguin watch captain: Mistywolf! I've been hoping for another penguin watch captain alongside Nintendo for a while, and Mistywolf certainly fits the job. Congrats to these promoted users!
UPDATE: The moderator BAKON has been demoted for being inactive. This brings the oldcp staff down to 19.
Back on Friday, Cheep was shot by the user Gilly, who may or may not be Scarlet. Terry attempted to ban her multiple times, but it did not work! Suddenly, Gilly transferred a gun to Minty, asking Minty to kill her. Gilly had another gun with her, and attempted to shoot someone if Minty did not kill her. Damen has said Gilly got a gun with a /transfergun glitch that gives you unlimited amount of firearms, I believe. Cheep was revived too. Damen kicked Gilly, but she returned without a gun and after cussing at the mods, Cheep banned her, which put an end to the drama.

1. Damen has been saying for a while you were eventually going to be moderator, and now it's happened! How does it feel to finally be apart of the staff team?: Well it's fun to be apart of the team because my hard work has finally come true. But I can also go for Administrator if I want.

2. The forestboy hhamond predicted you would be a mod, like most did, but he also predicted you would be killed by the blackhawks. Are you scared or are you ready to fight if this prophecy of his indeed happens?: I am a little scared but I want to fight for all of oldcp we won't let our arch enemies take over oldcp!

3. What do you think is the best way to stop the blackhawks?: Hmm I don't really know maybe just wait and set a trap on them.

4. Who are some users who you think are mod-worthy?: For oldcp: DanceBear, iKaitlyn, and Rawr. For the forum: Sadie, Luke, and Bailey.

5. What has been your favorite thing about being mod so far?: Keeping the site safe!

Thank you! I have some cool stuff planned for the future, but I'm not quite ready to reveal them yet!
