Hello,
When you make discussions, keep them 1-2 minimum showing on the previous discussions bar. You are flooding the forum with discussions. Also, make sure that you do not post the 1-2 discussions in a row. You might receive a warning point or you might not even get your credits for your posts. It's up to the admins.
