If you look at number one it says to grab the publics attention now look at Fanta's post
Fanta says:"Hi guys Luke made a Forum and 2 people only Joined but we said we only will ask Not FORCE we want to ask if you want to join we are not telling you to join we are Asking" I don't think that will get the publics attention. Further more he never said "come to my forum it is much better than Damen's forum he's one stinks" did they? Also Damen did say that you can pm people the link as long as you don't put it in your post. Therefore we come to a conclusion that this doesn't really count as advertising and that they are following the DSGHQ rules.
