Hello,
I am proud to announce that after what looked like a difficult decision, the answer was staring at me in the face; Chelsey of the House Spike has been appointed the position of Emperor Helper.
During the Session of Ranks, we reviewed all the positions and members in the positions, and they were all fine apart from Helper. After that I solved this by appointing Chelsey.
Originally I thought I'd have to get PenguinDSC, one of our most trusted male moderators, up to the rank of Administrator after which name him the Helper. This seemed to be what I had to do, until I suddenly realised that I have a trusted friend Chelsey already as an Administrator.
I hope you see that it was the most logical choice.
Chelsey now has the responsibilities of executing commands in my name, appointing staff with my consent (permission), holding royal sessions and filling in for any of my absences.
Although she is not a Royal member, she acts on behalf of the Royal members. I am sure the Queen, Prince and Princesses are delighted at this.

I'm very pleased that Chelsey was picked. It was a wise choice, I'm sure she will bring much success to us all.
