This is a very interesting theory, although I am not sure if it's true. And we would have to wait to find out more information on the victim & suspects. But, I believe this COULD be correct. There is a slight chance you are right because Raegon can hack. Plus, it makes sense that Clarkson might of been a normal penguin and turned into an Iceghost, just to be used as a threat. Then he was killed because we knew his plot and what his goal was, when Raegon might of been the one behind this. Overall, this could be true or it could be false, but we have to be patient to see for sure.
