Someone named LCD(and he puts numbers here) keeps getting ipbanned but keeps coming back! He is always swearing anbd so im done. If he continues tomorrow and wednesday, im done. So, CPManiac has been helping a lot by continuesley banning him, but it cant go forever. Whenever he gets ipbanned, he says he changes his ip address. Idk what that is but i am very frusterated.
