Hello! Halo here with a penguin who has been braking the rules. This penguin has the same IP.



The users have logged off so this is all I found.

xxROCKSTARxx and KOOL1 are the same.

Thank you but next time try to catch them breaking the rules. Also try to capture the user names of the rules breakers. You did great though!
