Not sure if this is in the right category, but you know the Shadow Wood? Well, you can see the maze easy - so I think it'd be cooler if your snail could be spotlighted and everything else is dark - so it's a challenge!
Also if this is implemented it also would be better to have, say 100/200 gold as well as the torch because it would be harder to get them.

Great idea. We can also have traps which makes you start over the maze .-.
