Hey guys!!!

I got 9 words for you: Life_of_a_mod_is_not_easy_at_all. With a load of drama in one room with one mod is not easy. How would you feel if you were pressured by drama and argument? Well thats what Bailey has just been through. So please, stop drama to make Snaildom and the DSGHQ a better place to be.

I've been a mod on some websites, and it is NOT easy. You will have to be always alert, and if someone frames a mod to get the mod demoted, it causes even MORE stress for the mod. I remember when some user was being mean to me, and said I abused my powers. >.> When you are a mod, you must be prepared for anything. Some want it for the power, and think it is easy. Additionally, some people be mean and target the new mods for demotion, so they can get the rank. It is one of the biggest issues, but there is no other way to stop it. +1!

Tell me about it! New people just want mod because it makes them look cool and "popular". Being a mod isn't easy, first of all, you've got to know your stuff! (I learned a lot of this in the Game of Kings). I totally agree with this +1

This is very true indeed. People be rude and inappropriate, and it makes the moderator frustrated. Being a moderator isn't for being cool and popular, instead it is for protecting people. Most moderators get furious when people keep using different accounts and they keep on being inappropriate, but I completely understand. Life of a mod is not easy, which is why you need to work hard to earn it and to stay relaxed.

It is very difficult indeed. You have to keep your eyes open to see any bad users are misbehaving. The big role model, putting your job first. It is very hard and not as easy as it looks.
