To put a picture or a video in your post or your signature, if your doing on a post just press the image or the video button above



And it will either show or . When you see that, just put the url in between or So it will look something like this:



And if you are putting pictures in your signature, simply just goto your prfile and press edit, and thenfind your signature and there won't be "image" and "video" there, so instead you have to type in or and do the exact same thing. I hope this helped.

Uhh not much helping all i see is words and question marks and i hate pressing video then typing the url is what im saying people have white boxes like you do and have videos and pics

Go to your profile, click edit profile, scroll down until you see a thing that says Edit your Signature and then put [ video ]( video link here with http)[ / video ] with no spaces. Then scroll further down and click save changes. Or for a picture, put [ IMG ](photo url here) [ / IMG ] with no spaces.
